This is a suit against an airline to recover $251,500 in actual and punitive damages for an alleged violation of section 404(b) of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, 49 U.S.C. § 1374(b), intentional infliction of mental anguish caused by breach of a contract to provide travel accommodations, and fraudulent misrepresentation concerning the airlines' ability to perform its duties as a common carrier.
