On October 23, 1975, this Court made extensive findings of fact and conclusions of law when it granted plaintiffs'1 motions to enjoin preliminarily the Consumer Product Safety Commission (the "Commission") from disclosing certain "TV-related accident data" submitted by the plaintiffs and a computer printout summarizing that data to the public in response to a request made under the Freedom of Information...
