This civil action was brought by the late John Esposito to recover money loaned by him to the defendant, Christy Fascione. The loan is evidenced by promissory notes purportedly signed by Christy Fascione, his wife, Antonette, and his daughter, Christine, who is the defendant in the case presently before us.1 A jury trial resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff against Christy, Antonette and Christine...
