This appeal arises from the denial of a petition for post-conviction relief by which appellant sought permission to withdraw a plea of guilty. The plea was entered before the Honorable Saul I. Raab on February 8, 1971, to the offense of second degree murder upon a charge of first degree murder. Appellant received a sentence of fifteen to twenty-five years.
