PER CURIAM:

Cydney Jo Burton was indicted by the Clark County Grand Jury on a charge of grand larceny, a felony under NRS 205.220. She then filed a pretrial petition for habeas corpus in the district court contending the indictment must be dismissed because (1) she was insufficiently identified in the grand jury proceedings and (2) some of the evidence presented to the grand jury was inadmissible.
