The fee application presently before this Court is the culmination of 7 years of difficult antitrust litigation, resulting in a settlement of approximately 5.1 million dollars. Unlike many such applications where the Court first becomes familiar with the case at the time of the settlement, these parties have been before the Court on numerous occasions over the past several years concerning difficult problems in the litigation...
