Appellant was convicted of the robbery of Mike Toles and sentenced to imprisonment for fifteen years, which judgment of sentence provided that ten years of the sentence was to run concurrently with a twenty-five-year sentence defendant had received in another case. The judgment of conviction and sentence in the other case was affirmed in King v. State, Ala.Cr.App., 347 So.2d 1005
