After a bench trial in this housing discrimination action, the court by memorandum and order dated September 30, 1976 dismissed the claims of plaintiffs Charles Falzone and Nancy Falzone and awarded plaintiff Adams compensatory damages of $3,180, punitive damages of $500, and attorneys' fees of $1,000.
