In 1972 Kermit and Lydia Wollam (the appellees) sold a parcel of real property in Brevard County to Donald Budnick and took back a purchase money first mortgage. On August 27, 1975, Constance Gourley and Kevin Valencourt (the appellants) obtained a money judgment against Budnick. That judgment was recorded in Brevard County on August 28, 1975. On October 29, 1975, Budnick, being in default on the Wollam mortgage, conveyed the encumbered property back...
