Defendant appeals from a conviction of first degree theft by deception arising from his purported sale of an antique automobile which had been awarded to his former wife by a dissolution decree. Although he testified that he made the sale as an agent for a third party to whom he gave the $18,000 proceeds, there was ample contrary evidence from which the jury could reasonably conclude that he retained the $18,000 for himself.
