LAMPA v. BLUE CROSS OF FLORIDA, INC.

No. 76-1184.

348 So.2d 1213 (1977)

James A. LAMPA, Appellant. v. BLUE CROSS OF FLORIDA, INC., et al., Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

July 26, 1977.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

R. Edward Cooley and James W. Markel of Graham, Markel & Scott, P.A., Winter Park, for appellant.

James M. Corrigan and Thomas F. Lang of Maguire, Voorhis & Wells, P.A. Orlando, for appellees.

PER CURIAM.

Upon review and consideration of the record we are of the opinion that the judgment sought to be reviewed is neither a final judgment subject to a plenary appeal nor within the category of orders subject to an interlocutory appeal, under Rule 4.2, Fla. App.R. Furthermore, finding no basis in the record to provide review by way of common law certiorari, the subject appeal is dismissed.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
