This is an action for damages by the victim of a rape for invasion of her right of privacy against Corvallis police officers who "revealed" her name and address and against a Corvallis newspaper which published "the facts" of the crime, including her name and address. Defendants demurred to the complaint. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants, entered after their demurrers were sustained...
