Plaintiff-appellant, Bamber Contractors, Inc., appeals the judgment maintaining an exception of "no right or cause of action" filed by defendant-appellee, Henderson Brothers, Inc., resulting in the dismissal of this action in redhibition as to said defendant. The procedural posture of the record reflects that proper venue as to the remaining defendant, McLeod Brothers Contractors, remains a trial court issue but is correlated to the validity of the dismissal...
