No. 76-1651.

353 So.2d 1198 (1977)

Bob POPE, Appellant, v. James L. STOUGH, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

Rehearing Denied January 27, 1978.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Michael D. Jones and Kenneth D. Morse, of Jones & Bishop, Altamonte Springs, for appellant.

Joseph L. Goldstein, of Mateer, Harbert, Bechtel & Phalin, P.A., Orlando, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We have studied the briefs and record in this case and find no reversible error demonstrated by the points raised on appeal. Our review of the record indicates to us that appellant adduced evidence in support of his legal position and that the trial court on controverted evidence decided the issue against appellant.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
