The appellant was convicted, as president of Brookside Auto Parts, Inc., pursuant to R. C. 2901.24, of five counts of receiving stolen property, R. C. 2913.51. The appellant was sentenced on December 23, 1975. A notice of appeal and briefs were timely filed. On April 27, 1977, prior to the hearing on the merits, appellant died of natural causes.
