MEMORANDUM DECISION

NICHOL, Chief Judge.

This was an action to recover commissions allegedly owed to the plaintiff as a result of a breach of the employment contract by the defendant. The case was tried to a jury from June 20 to June 22 of 1977. At the conclusion of the three day trial the jury returned a verdict of $90,381.68 in favor of the plaintiff.
