Appellant, Joseph Wilson Findlay, Jr., hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the Municipal Court of Record for the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Case No. 211275, with the offense of Public Intoxication in violation of 27, Tulsa Revised Ordinances, § 171.
