ENOCH, Judge.

Defendant, First American Mortgage Company (American), appeals a jury verdict and judgment entered against it and in favor of plaintiffs, Doreen M. Russell and Phillip Niernberg. We affirm.

Plaintiffs negotiated with David Schrader, a loan officer for American, for longterm financing for a warehouse which plaintiffs had constructed. American did not loan funds itself, but acted as a broker by matching borrowers with potential lenders. It was...
