The trial court, sitting as a court in probate, ruled that the pleading of the appellant was, in effect, a petition to revoke probate and not having been filed within six months of the notice of probate was therefore barred. Section 732.28, Florida Statutes (1973). We disagree and therefore reverse. Since we reverse, the applicability of the doctrine of dependent relative revocation becomes important on remand.
