ENOCH, Judge.

This is an appeal of a judgment ordering that Public Trustee deeds issued to defendants for two tracts of land be set aside, and ordering that the property be sold at a sheriff's sale. We affirm.

Prior to November 10, 1972, the two tracts of land covered by the deeds were part of the assets of Rocky Mountain Oil Paving, Inc. (Rocky Mountain). A note for approximately $254,000 payable to the Exchange National Bank (the Exchange note) was secured...
