Appellant was convicted of armed robbery, Ind. Code § 35-12-1-1 (Burns 1975) repealed October 1, 1977, after a jury trial and sentenced to a determinate term of twenty years imprisonment. His appeal raises three issues: (1) Whether appellant was entitled to be discharged under Ind.R. Cr.P. 4(B) because he was not tried within seventy days of his request for an early trial; (2) Whether admission of photographs of the robbery scene into evidence...
