This is an action wherein plaintiffs Carl F. and Joyce A. Anderson, husband and wife, by their amended complaint sought damages, statutory penalties and attorney fees against defendants Andrew T. Lund and Anvil R. Summers and their sureties under the provisions of the Montana Real Estate License Act.
