Plaintiff instituted this suit to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage he sustained as a result of an automobile accident which occurred in Sabine Parish on September 5, 1975. The accident happened when the car plaintiff was driving was rear ended by an automobile driven by Donna Savell and owned by Lester Savell, her father-in-law.
