HICKMAN, Justice.

Billy Gene Carrico petitions this court for a writ of habeas corpus. He is presently being held by the sheriff of Benton County pursuant to an extradition warrant issued by the Governor of the State of Arkansas at the request of the Governor of the State of Oklahoma. We deny the petition because the rendition warrant issued by the Arkansas governor on its face is valid.
