The Norwegian vessel BETTINA was involved in a collision in Panama Canal waters while being piloted by an employee of the Panama Canal Company. BETTINA's owner seeks indemnity from the Company for damages paid the other vessel and for the expenses of its own repairs incurred in settlement of a lawsuit brought against the BETTINA in Holland.
