The defendant, Keith Campbell, was convicted in the Circuit Court of Giles County of selling amphetamines, a Schedule II controlled substance, and ethchlorvynol, a Schedule IV controlled substance. See T.C.A. § 52-1432 and subsections 52-1432(a)(1)(B) and (D).
