STEPHENSON, Circuit Judge.

This case comes before us as a direct criminal appeal. Appellant Gary Don Johnson was found guilty by a jury and sentenced1 to six years imprisonment for armed robbery of a federally insured bank in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(d). On appeal, Johnson raises four issues for consideration by this court. We affirm the conviction.
