This is an appeal from the granting of a peremptory writ of mandamus. We reverse.

The history of controversy between the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County and James E. Buskey is rather long and involved. Insofar as this court knows, the beginning of the saga was when Mr. Buskey returned from a Board-granted leave of absence for graduate study during the 1972-73 school year....
