MERRILL, Circuit Judge:

Appellants have taken this appeal from dismissal of their action for failure of the complaint to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. The complaint (the allegations of which we here take to be true) is hardly a model of clarity. Apparently, appellants in Nevada became involved in disputes with the appellees—a local union of which they are members, and officials of that union. Appellants then filed complaints...
