The plaintiff brought this action for divorce alleging that the defendant had abandoned her, or turned her out of doors, and refused or neglected to provide for her, a ground for divorce specified by T.C.A., § 36-802(3). The defendant failed to interpose any defense and a default judgment was accordingly taken against him.
