On March 28, 1974, Keeth Gas Company (Keeth) filed a complaint in Lea County alleging that Jackson Creek Cattle Company (Jackson) failed to complete payment on an open account to be due and owing Keeth for the sale of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) to Jackson.
