Following a bench trial the defendant, Antonio Torres, was found guilty of murder and sentenced to serve 15 to 18 years in the penitentiary. Defendant appeals and raises three issues: (1) that he was not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt; (2) that the trial court mistakenly interpreted the evidence; and (3) that the trial court wrongfully refused to consider the lesser included...
