Hill of Lanett, Alabama seeks authority to institute a new operation as a contract carrier by motor vehicle to transport, in intrastate commerce over irregular routes, school children and groups, and church children and groups from Chambers, Randolph, Lee or Tallapoosa Counties to any point in Alabama.
