Samuel Kurzman was an attorney duly admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York. He was also a wheeler and dealer in real estate who, for his own personal reasons, often used nominees as record owners or mortgagors of the real estate in which he was dealing. Among those used as nominees by Kurzman were his wife, Rose Kurzman, his two daughters, Eleanore K. Lehrer (hereinafter "Eleanore")...
