This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County entered on June 13, 1975, sustaining the defendants-respondents' motion to dismiss the first amended petition of the plaintiff-appellant, Harvey Euge, which sought to set aside a trustee's foreclosure sale for fraud and misrepresentation and damages for slander of title.
