Plaintiff-in-reconvention, Robert L. Waterbury, has appealed from a trial court judgment which: dismissed his reconventional demand against defendant-in-reconvention, Scurlock Oil Company; sustained Scurlock's peremptory exception of res judicata; and granted Scurlock a summary judgment.
