Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, BAW Manufacturing Company, plaintiff-appellee, assembled garments for Slaks Fifth Avenue, defendant-appellant, from piecegoods supplied by Slaks. After about a year of this arrangement, Slaks stopped paying the BAW invoices as they came due.
