This appeal comes from an injunction which restrains physician Huffman from the practice of medicine within a radius of 60 miles of the City of Butler for five years after termination of employment by Physician Long in accordance with the restrictive covenant provision of the contract between them. The appellant Huffman does not dispute that he violated the noncompetition covenant, but asserts equity should not give aid to remedy the breach...
