ALDERMAN, Chief Judge.

The defendant entered pleas of nolo contendere to breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and resisting arrest with violence, reserving the right to appeal. He contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress certain tangible evidence seized at his apartment after his arrest. We find no error in the trial court's ruling and affirm.
