FOGLEMAN, Justice.

Ronald Lee Kelley was found guilty of the crime of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver the substance (marijuana). On appeal, he first contends that the trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion for continuance. He also argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress certain evidence. We find no reversible error and affirm.
