(CMLC), were convicted of twenty-nine counts of mail and wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 13411 and 13432 following a six-day jury trial.3 Singer was sentenced to a one year term of imprisonment under each count, the terms to be served concurrently...
