Appellant, Donald R. Goodson, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-74-2760, with the offense of Knowingly Concealing Stolen Goods, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1713.
