Appellant, Joe Swboni, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Pittsburg County, Case No. CRF-75-243, with the offense of Larceny of Domestic Animal, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1716 and § 51.
