John Barker appeals his conviction of engaging in the business of dealing in firearms without a license, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(a)(1) and (2). This was Barker's second trial on this charge; a conviction after the first trial was reversed by this Court in United States v. Barker, 542 F.2d 479 (8th Cir. 1976).
