PER CURIAM.

While serving a sentence at Maine State Prison, the defendant Charles Peter Dyer failed to return to the prison from a furlough authorized by 34 M.R.S.A. § 527. Dyer was found guilty of escape following a jury-waived trial and from the judgment entered, he has appealed. We deny the appeal.
