Richard and Janet Wheeler filed suit against Carl F. Rabe, Inc., a real estate company, and against Carl Rabe, individually, contending that defendants violated their fiduciary duties in the sale of plaintiffs' restaurant and bar. Plaintiffs sought damages and in addition sought to have a promissory note executed by Rabe and payable to plaintiffs, reduced to judgment.
