Plaintiff, Lillian Taylor, brought this action1 to recover damages for injuries sustained as a result of a fall from a second-story window of defendants' residence. The first of plaintiff's two counts alleges that plaintiff was upon defendants' premises "for a business purpose of interest and benefit to defendants and each of them" and "[t]hat defendants and each of them knew, or in the exercise of reasonable diligence...
