OPINION

ODOM, Judge.

Appellant was convicted for assault with intent to rob, a violation of the former Penal Code. His punishment, enhanced pursuant to Art. 62 of the former Penal Code, was assessed at ten years' confinement.

The first three grounds of error urge that the trial court committed error in overruling appellant's objection to certain testimony elicited from the complaining witness, Otis Milligan. The appellant objected to this testimony...
