This is a suit by Plaintiff-Appellees W. W. Williams et al. against Defendant-Appellant John B. Williams to establish or impress a constructive trust upon a tract of 206 acres of land located in Hill County, Texas. After trial by jury the trial court entered judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellees impressing a constructive trust on the subject property and adjudicating the respective undivided interests of the parties in the subject...
