This matter is before the court for consideration of William J. Sheehan's motion for a new trial. On November 25, 1975, a jury found Sheehan guilty of bank robbery and assault in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d). The court subsequently dismissed the count involving 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a).
